For the next 2 weeks I’ll be showing you some great exercises, introducing you to new ways of eating and sharing some great habits with you that will help you get “back in the game.”


Here’s a little bit of what to expect during the next 2 weeks.


Types of Classes:

1) HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training

2) Boxing Fitness- Boxing Cardio, Footwork drills, Jump Rope drills

3) Boss Talk- This is an open discussion with the group where we will discuss our wins/losses for the week, ways to hurdle obstacles and also touch on ways to optimize your nutrition.

4) Where & When? All Live classes will be held virtually so whether you have access to a screen and WiFi you can join these workouts.
